A very easy way to make a delicious BBQ pork pizza in minutes!
* 1 (13.8 ounces) package of refrigerated pizza dough
* 1 (18 ounces) container of barbequed pulled pork
* ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
* ½ cup dill pickle slices
* 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions / Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
Roll the dough out into the prepared pan. Top the dough with the barbecued pork. Sprinkle with the red onions and layer on the dill pickle slices. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted about 18 minutes.
