Some bad news for motorists. The price of fuel will rise significantly on Wednesday. Petrol will go up by R1.21 a litre while diesel will increase by R1.48 a litre.
The price of illuminating paraffin increases by R.1.45 a litre.
The Mineral Resources and Energy Department says the increases result from local and international factors.
One is that the price of Brent Crude oil reached its highest level since October 2018.
