Sensational Nigerian singer, Divine Ikubor, aka Rema, has revealed the secret behind his good body build. The Benin-born singer said poverty and hunger were responsible for his six packs.

He said doing hard labour such as fetching water from a well and hunger helped build his good status. He disclosed this in an interview with Spotify. The ‘Calm Down’ crooner said, “I don’t go to the gym. I always had my body patterns, way back since Benin, fetching water, carrying buckets of water, you know, wheelbarrows.

When I was in Ghana when I was hustling, doing hard labour. I was already getting ripped out from whatever I was doing. You know, days that I starved, my packs just came out, like [laughs].”

Big Brother Naija reality star, Mercy Eke has claimed she keeps her dating life and relationship private because of her past experiences. Speaking in a recent episode of the Celebrity Quickies posted on comedian AY’s YouTube page, Eke disclosed that she found love again but decided to keep the identity of her new lover secret.

She said, “I consider my dating life private. I think I have made a couple of mistakes with my dating life, putting out everything on social media. But lately, I can say this part of my life is still very private.Eke disclosed that she can’t go a day without talking to her mystery lover.

She said Nigerian celebrities are under a lot of pressure, stressing that most of the pressure is from the people around them The reality star said regardless of that, Nigerian celebrities are breaking new grounds.

Mercy Eke and her colleague, Pere Egbi, a few months ago clarified that they were not dating contrary to speculations that they were an item following their onscreen chemistry at the twilight of the Big Brother Naija All Stars reality show.

Mercy had previously dated her BBNaija colleague, Ike. Their relationship, which began during the ‘Pepper Dem’ edition in 2019, ended shortly after the show.

Basketmouth plans to bring 2Baba back to Nollywood

Popular comedian and actor, Bright Okpocha, aka Basketmouth, has urged legendary musician, Innocent Ujah Idibia, famously known as 2Baba, to join the movie industry fully. Commending 2Baba’s role in the latest episode of his skits, The Secret Of Lulu, Basketmouth admonished him to pursue a full acting career with his Tiv ascent.

He said he is already creating a project for 2Baba’s comic character in the skit.On his X handle, Basketmouth wrote; “My brother @official2baba we should create something beautiful from this character you played here, I think it’s going to be a masterpiece.
