Banana, Peanut butter and Oat smoothie Recipe
A smooth and rich smoothie packed with protein, vitamins and fibre for a complete breakfast in a glass.
– 2 tbls honey
– 2 tbls (heaped) peanut butter
– 2 cups milk
– 1 cup low-fat yoghurt
– 2 bananas
– 1/4 cup oats
* In a blender adds honey, peanut butter, milk and yoghurt.
* Roughly slice the bananas and add to the blender.
* Turn on the blender and blitz until smooth.
* Add the oats and pulse until combined.
* Pour into two tall glasses or four smaller ones.
* Drink immediately.
