Gazza has solidified once again himself as a premium entertainment brand when he won the Artist of the Decade Award at the final Namibian Annual Music Awards (NAMA) Ceremony. The award was given to an artist in the last decade who won the most NAMA awards.

Gazza is well known for being a very consistent artist and for continuing to reinvent his sound and image over the past 17 years. He has a long and illustrious history with the NAMAs.

His album Cosa Nostra: Lafamilia made him win three awards at the Namibian Annual Music Awards (NAMAs) with “Shukusha” from the album winning Best Music Video of the year 2011′.Gazza adds artist of the decade to his list of NAMA awards

The Boss album won three NAMAs in 2013, best house, best music video and best collaboration with Cho Cho, L’vovo, Bah, Big Nuz and Shota.

The album Blood Sweat and Tears saw him win two awards at the Namibian Music Awards (NAMAS), including Male Artist of the Year and Best Video for the song Kwateni Omnona

In 2017, he won four Namibia Annual Music Awards (NAMA) – Male Artist of the Year, Best Collaboration, Best Album of the Year for Pumumu. In 2018 Gazza won Best Video for Up Up away. In 2019 he won the Best Afro Pop and Song of The Year Awards.

Gazza is not slowing down at all, with him still releasing songs and collaborating with international artists. His song Brandewyn is currently the talk of the town.
