Ali Baba: Prayers, Pastors cannot cure Coronavirus. As cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria increases, popular Comedian Alibaba has warned Nigerians to avoid being deceived by pastors or Imams and take precautionary measures.

Ali Baba on his Instagram page warned that prayers cannot cure coronavirus. He advised people to stay at home to protect themselves from being exposed to the deadly virus.

According to him, Pope Francis and senior pastors have all given the same advice. Alibaba wrote: “Don’t let pastors deceive you, prayer cannot cure coronavirus or any Imam… stay safe. Don’t test God. You can not be holier than the Pope and other Senior Pastors.

“They have all said stay at home, away from exposing yourself to contamination and pray. Don’t try to impress anyone with your faith. Be guided.” Meanwhile, Nigeria has recorded its first COVID-19 death with the number of infection cases risen to 42.
